This document sets out the terms and conditions between Institute of Contemporary Science and you when you purchase a ticket or register for any event or conference organized by Institute of Contemporary Science or participate in any survey of Institute of Contemporary Science’s.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event or conference organized by Institute of Contemporary Science or participating in a survey you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should read this document carefully. Institute of Contemporary Science reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.

Data Science Conference is being organized by Institute of Contemporary Science.
DECLARATION OF CONSENT
I hereby give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science (and its partners) to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket (or application) and for any other use to which I have consented.
This information will be used for the purposes of processing ticket sales and compiling delegate lists which will be published on our websites and across any relevant online portals, mobile applications, websites, or platforms, and circulated by email to our email database, which includes all past and current delegates.
If you do not wish for your name, photograph, country of residence, and company name to appear on the delegate list please send us an email at privacy (at) isn.rs
I hereby give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to store any voluntary information I may provide in the course of participating in an online survey. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Policy and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
WORKSHOPS AND TECHNICAL TUTORIALS REGISTRATION
I hereby give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to share any voluntary information I may provide in the course of registering for any workshop or technical tutorial before and during the Data Science Conference events with it’s partners who are organizing the workshop or tutorial I registered for.
I acknowledge that the Institute of Contemporary Science will not provide transport or travel expenses to Data Science Conference events
By agreeing to act as a volunteer at an event, I acknowledge that :
I will receive no compensation for travel, accommodation etc.
There is no guarantee that I will be selected to be a volunteer at the event.
If I violate any event rule or fail to show up for an assigned shift, my accreditation can be removed and I will be denied access to the event.
I attest to the truth of all statements made in my application.
The use of alcohol and/or controlled substances before or while on duty is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal, removal of accreditation and removal from the event grounds.
In the course of the event I may be dealing with confidential information and I agree to keep such information in the strictest of confidence.
I have read and fully understood these terms and conditions.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Institute of Contemporary Science reserves the right to modify this Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our homepage and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of the changes.
Complaints can be made to privacy (at) isn.rs. We will endeavor to resolve any customer complaints where reasonable.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Institute of Contemporary Science will not share your address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. I hereby give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to store the following types of data as a profile for internal purposes :
* Mandatory and voluntary data collected when purchasing tickets.
* Mandatory and voluntary data collected when registering a complimentary admission ticket as well as the date of the ticket registration.
* Voluntary disclosures when participating in online surveys.
* If I have opted-in to receive email communication about related events I give consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to analyse and use the data for the purpose of targeted advertising communications to me on relevant topics, events and products in connection with Institute of Contemporary Science or subsidiary events and promotions.
* If I have provided my mobile telephone number I consent to Institute of Contemporary Science to contact me by SMS or by Calling in relation to events for which I am purchasing a ticket or registering an expression of interest.
* I furthermore consent to the mathematical and statistical analysis of my personal data for advertising purposes (scoring). However, my e-mail address may be used for advertising purposes only with my express consent.
* I also give my consent for my data to be updated and supplemented with additional data.
* I give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to collect data relating to me personally from public domain sources and to store these along with my personal data that are already under the control of Institute of Contemporary Science. I give my consent for Institute of Contemporary Science to analyze this newly collected data together with the data already under their control and to use the same for the purpose of targeted advertising communications to me on relevant topics and products in connection with trade fairs and/or exhibitors of interest.
When personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address, work address, phone numbers, and other contact information) is provided through the Data Science Conference website or directly to us by e-mail you are giving consent to Institute of Contemporary Science for :

Code of Conduct
Data Science Conference welcomes everyone and is dedicated to defending anybody from harassment, regardless of gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Conference participants violating these rules will be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Harassment includes any verbal comments that reinforce social structure domination, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking or following, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact or encouraging any of the above behaviors. Sexual language and imagery will not be tolerated for any conference venue, workshops, parties, talks, and online media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Exhibitors, sponsor or vendor booths and volunteers are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, partners and exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff, conference organizers or volunteers should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. As organizers, we take the liberty of rejecting offers and collaboration with entities who are executing activities with connections to child labor, exploitation of people, gambling, drugs or weapons.
We expect participants to follow these rules at all event venues and event-related social activities. We think people should follow these rules outside event activities too!
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact our team at conference (at) isn.rs.
Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
