The main research interests are Natural Language Processing, Large Language Modeling, Medical Informatics, and Cloud Computing. Xiang has published over 100 papers in the aforementioned research fields, including ACL, AAAI, IJCAI, TASLP, Lancet HIV, npj Digital Medicine, etc., with two ESI highly-cited and an overall citation of 2300. He has hosted or participated in many projects and led the development of several platforms, systems or LLMs. A representative one is called Silk-road machine translation platform, which now supports the translation between Chinese and over 50 languages. Aleksandar is a teaching assistant and PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Montenegro. Also, he is enrolled in several applied AI projects at the faculty, like AiHeal, which is oriented towards processing ECG signals, and analyzing it. He is one of the founder of startup SentimentScope, which is used for detecting hate speech on web portals, and sentiment analysis. Aleksandar has been working in AI for 4 years, and before that, he was a software engineer for more than 10 years with both local and international experience.

After completing her master’s studies at PMF in Novi Sad, at the Department of Physics, she actively engaged at the Department and later at the Mathematics Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences in Belgrade, until 2021, when she decided to check out the IT scene. She is currently employed as a Game Math Designer at Playstudios in Belgrade, a position where her knowledge of science meets the needs of gaming. When she is not at the laptop, she spends her time with her daughter or with a good book.
