Call for Speakers
We are looking for inspirational individuals who would like to share their data & AI story with our community and become a part of
our Speakers team. Talks will happen on November 17-18th, as the main event of the Conference.
This year we expect to have more than 60 speakers presenting in 10 tracks.
Talks will last for 20 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for questions. We have foreseen to have only one speaker per talk.
There are four types of talk: technical, business, research and educational.
Technical talk is focused on practical implementation and use cases in the field of Data Science & AI.
Business talk is related to how Data Science & AI can influence business, business decisions, profit and revenue in general.
Research talk is oriented toward presenting an academic or industry research paper that was previously published.
Educational talk is focused on educational programs and personal experience of how you or your business started your Data Science & AI journey.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
In this track we would like to hear topic such as AI, Deep Learning, Neural Network, CNN, GNN & RNN, Robotics, Self-driving cars, Computer Vision, Natural Language Generation, Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing, Social Analytics, Recommender Systems, Virtual Agents, Machine Learning & Deep Learning Platforms, Machine Intelligence, etc.
Big Data & Data Engineering
In this track we would like to hear topics such as: Big Data Warehouse, Data in Cloud, Streaming Systems & Real-Time Analytics, Machine Learning on Big Data, Self-service data, Big Data Tools, Machine Learning embedded into ETL and analytics tools, Smart Data, Sensor Data, Augmented Data Management, Data Labeling, Big Data Engineering, Effective Metadata processing, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, etc.
AI & Data Research
In this track we would like to hear the latest academic & industry research from the field of AI, Data Science and/or Big Data. It may relate to research paper you published, review articles, research initiated by industry demands and researches that have been monetized, review of math tools, techniques and algorithms or/and ideas for a research paper you would like to share with the public.
In this track, we shall be bringing together a deep integration of "the three opens": Open source software, Open hardware & Open data. We would like to hear more about the topics that can fit in, such as Open Data Initiatives, Open Source Frameworks, OCP & Open Hardware use-cases, etc, but also the topics that combine and integrate these three above mentioned.
Data & AI Competition
Data Science & AI competition have become everyday. Do you have an interesting use case from Online competition or Datathon? Tell us more about what was the problem and how did you solve the problem. It should have integrated as a part of the talk section “Lessons learned” or/and advice you may share with the public.
Augments data science with theory from social science, decision theory, and managerial science. Includes topics that involve applying analytics, machine learning & AI at scale, practices in organizational decision-making and internal processes. Share your story regarding Advanced analytics, Business Intelligence or/and Data Visualisation in this track.
Business Application of Data Science & AI
In this track we would like to hear about concrete business application how Data may lead to monetization or/and creating a bigger profit. This includes topics such as Data & AI Product, Data & AI-Driven Organisation, Data-Driven Business Management, Data Insight, Software/Data as a Service, Platform Business, Optimization, etc.
Data Science & AI Startups
Tell us your story about how you started your Data Science & AI Startup, what is your core business and why did you choose that exact field, what were the obstacles, how did you overcome the same and what are the lessons learned. This talk should include what are your plans for the future and advice for the people who are thinking to start their Data Science or AI startup.
How to start a Career in AI
This track is designed for individuals who would like to get more in-depth information about how they can start their career in AI. This includes topics such as AI Educational Programs (both formal & non-formal), AI Career advice, AI Prequalification process, AI MOOC platform, Mentoring platforms, and others.
Speakers who reside outside of the Republic of Serbia will be accommodated in the hotel at city center, and the cost of the stay during Conference days (November 16-19th) will be covered by the organisers. All selected tutors will get a free pass for the Conference, one free spot for Tech Tutorial and invitation for Data Science Summit happening on November 19th.

Call for Tutors
We are looking for inspiring individuals who would like to share their knowledge in on-hands sessions during educational pre-events
as a part of our Tutors team. Tech Tutorials will happen on November 15-16th, at multiple hub locations in Belgrade.
This year we expect to have more than 50 Tech Tutorials.
Tech tutorial is an on-hand training/workshop type of event. Tech Tutorials will last for 3 hours, with two Coffee Breaks included. We
have foreseen to have from 15 to 25 attendees per Tech Tutorial.
There are three types of tech tutorials: career path, library demonstration, and tool showcase.
Career path is focused on specific parts of data science, such as programming skills, math & statistics or applied domain knowledge.
Library demonstration is related to the exact library and how to use it in a specific industry.
Tool Showcase is focused to show the ability of specific tools in the predefined environment.
